Why a 3-month pack instead of a monthly subscription?
Because the average job search ends in about 12 weeks. We don't want you locked into a subscription that you forget to cancel — that's the dark pattern most subscription apps run on. The pack matches the lifecycle. If you need longer, you can re-up for a single R99 month.
What happens when I mark "I landed the job"?
Your monthly subscription auto-cancels, and we say congratulations. Your job-search data stays in your account if you want to come back later (next career move) — or you can delete everything with one tap.
Can I use the free tier for an entire job search?
Yes. The free tier is designed to be genuinely useful — one tailored application and one mock interview per month is enough to be helpful, particularly for the matric/scholar persona we want to serve well. You'll just be doing more manual work than paid users.
Do you offer student discounts?
Our students are already our target market — the R249 pack is set with student budgets in mind. We don't run "student discounts" because the standard price is already the student price. If you're at a university with a Karii partnership, you may get full access free through your career services office.
Will pricing change?
We'll honour the price you signed up at for the duration of any active pack or subscription. Waitlist members will get an early-bird offer when we launch. Anyone on a waitlist-period deal will keep that price for at least their first 12 months.
How do payments work? Cards? EFT?
We're integrating local SA payment providers (likely Peach Payments or Yoco) so we accept all major SA cards, instant EFT, and SnapScan. International cards work too. No PayPal at launch.
